Reloads every connected web/PWA client within seconds — use when players are stuck on stale code or dead rooms. Store-app users reload too but keep their bundled version. Requires the config/build write rule for this admin account.

New rooms only — running games keep the engine they started on, so turning this off un-routes future rooms in seconds without stranding anyone. Only clients new enough to read config/serverGame2 (they all carry the mixed-table guard) ever route to the server — the retired config/serverGame must stay false. Requires config/serverGame2 RTDB rules: .read: true, admin-only .write — copy serverGame's block.
